Hydrojetting in Escalon, Modesto & the 209 & 350
Cabling a drain opens a channel through the blockage. That restores flow, and for a one-time clog it is the right tool. But the grease, sludge and scale still coating the pipe wall are what the next clog will be made of, which is why some lines back up again a few months later.
Hydrojetting uses high-pressure water and a specialized nozzle to scour the full inside diameter of the pipe. The line comes out closer to how it left the factory than how you found it.
